We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or refund a product, and we have established the following policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

Requirement for a valid return:

To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice.

Valid conditions and reasons to return an item:

  • Delivery of wrong product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will gladly accept the return.
  • Delivery of defective product: If the product you received is defective or damaged, we will accept the return.
  • Delivery of products with missing parts: If the product you received is missing parts, we will accept the return and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
  • Incorrect content/misinformation: If the product you received does not match the description or information provided at the time of purchase, we will accept the return.

Please note: The fabric of the product may not be the same as depicted in the web image due to unavailability. Return/replacement warranty may not apply in this specific case.

Return/Refund warranty does not apply under the following conditions:

  • Damaged due to misuse of the product: If the product is damaged due to improper use or mishandling, the return/refund warranty will not apply.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product: If the product is damaged as a result of a malfunction or failure, the return/refund warranty will not apply.
  • Any consumable item that has been used or installed: Once a consumable item has been used or installed, it is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers: If the product’s serial or UPC numbers have been tampered with or are missing, the return/refund warranty will not apply.
  • Damaged by wet floor/wall or pouring of liquid: If the product is damaged due to contact with wet surfaces or liquid spillage, the return/refund warranty will not apply.
  • Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty: If the damage or defect is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, the return/refund warranty will not apply.

Refund Policy:

Assurance & Quality Control department. Usually, it takes 10-15 days to process your refund from the date of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must include the original brand logo, packaging, and any applicable kits or packets, along with the original proof of purchase.

For any component missing due to customer error or user fault, a partial refund will be applicable, which will be determined by our costing department.

Please note: Furniture X reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the return conditions and requirements are not met, or if the returned product is deemed ineligible for return/refund based on the policy mentioned above.
